Refund policy

All sales are final due to being customized and personalized. If you need to make a change to your order, the change MUST be done in 24 hours, or else it's very likely your order is already processing.

Exceptions- if there is a mistake made on our end, please send a message with the mistake and a photo. We will be more than happy to fix that!!
